“Medina absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. First, they present their food like a piece of art. Our vegetarian dish (an acorn squash with a tofu-cherry-quinoa warm salad inside) was plated with a colorful orchid. Next, their food is delicious. Sometimes catered food can be a little dry and underwhelming and Medina was far from that. Everything was spiced/seasoned well and paired perfectly. They were also incredibly open to new ideas - [we] wanted to have a non-dairy waffle to make a bite-sized chicken and waffles hors d’oeuvres and, though they had never made it before, they accommodated our request and it was delicious! Last, their service is impeccable. Each time we suggested something new [their] first instinct was to ensure they’d be able to make it 100% kosher to accommodate our guests. [They] even went so far as to show guests who needed to see the heckschers on the bottles. Michael Medina was also there on the day of my wedding and made it a point to personally congratulate [us] and I thought that was a lovely touch.
