This past weekend, my husband, my children and I went down to Virginia to spend Shabbos with my son in Alexandria. I felt compelled to write to you about the dishes the Kosher Kitchen Catering Co. with its’ venerable hashgacha, the Vaad Harabanim of Greater Washington, prepared for our Shabbos meals.
They were exquisite from beginning to end. The Moroccan fish, stuffed chicken, London broil, rice pilaf, apple strudel, potato salad, beet salad, egg salad and all the other salads were absolutely delicious. Being from New York, we are not novices at experiencing the best that Kosher cuisine can offer. Rarely, have I eaten catered food and enjoyed everything from soup to nuts. I commend you, your chef and your entire staff and wish you a sincere Yaasher Koach.
You added to our Shabbos atmosphere and helped make it beautiful and memorable.
