The following Wedding sample menu was created to include an elegant dinner to follow the specific schedule of your wedding.

Crispy rolls of pastry filled with choice of ground beef or potato filling
Satay chicken served with choice of peanut butter sauce, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Satay beef served with choice of soy sauce, garlic sauce or teriyaki sauce
Assorted tuna, salmon, spicy tuna/salmon*, avocado, tempura, crab stick, caviar (fish roe), deep-fried
Choice of deli meats or smoked salmon wrapped into a spiral roll
Mixed greens topped with caramelized walnuts, red grapes, and orange segments drizzled with a citrus vinaigrette
Fresh atlantic salmon served on a bed of spinach & caramelized onions
Served with roasted potatoes with side of green beans
Served with garlic mashed potatoes or bed of rice with side of sautéed asparagus
